Please note the times given, unless otherwise stated, are for the tour start times. Your pick up time may vary from 30 - 45 minutes before the start time depending on your location. Your exact pick up time will be given in your confirmation e - mail.

Recommendations
This tour is suitable for the whole family from the little ones to the grand parents. This is truly an outing that everyone can enjoy. Bring your cameras and wear comfortable shoes. For our older patrons, the foot path at Welchman Hall is easy to walk but please be sure that this 3/4 mile journey is one that you can easily cope with.

For the zip-line tour please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes (no sandals or slippers please).

Restrictions
Unfortunately there is no wheel chair access at Welchman Hall Gully.
The zip line tour is not suitable for children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, persons of a poor fitness level, persons with limited mobility, persons who suffer from medical and/or mental height related disorders, and persons over 250lbs (113.5kgs). Even though this tour does not require any previous experience you should still be of a moderate to good fitness level.
